Danilo Cacciamatta became a director in December 2006. Mr. Cacciamatta has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cacciamatta Accountancy Corporation, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
registered firm, for more than the past five years. Prior to forming that firm, Mr. Cacciamatta was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick from 1972 to 1988 in a variety of positions, including audit partner from 1980 to 1988.
Mr. Cacciamatta has served as a Director of California First National Bancorp since June 2001 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Cacciamatta received a B.A. degree from Pomona College and an M.B.A. degree from the University of California at Riverside.

Hugh Dunkerley

Hugh Dunkerley has significant corporate development experience in both
executive and advisory capacities. His experience includes U.K.-based assignments with public
companies Rare Medium Inc. (NASDAQ: RRRR) and Jarvis PLC (London Stock Exchange: JRVS). Mr. Dunkerley
has also worked for the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), and the Department of Trade and
Industry (DTI) in the UK. At Westminster Business Consultants, he managed projects for Boston
Consulting Group, Bossard, Ernst & Young, CIMA and Schroeder Ventures. Prior to Foldera,
Mr. Dunkerley was part of the Small-Mid Cap Equities team at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC,
specializing in investment banking advisory services to US and EU companies. Educated in the U.K.,
Mr. Dunkerley earned a BA (Honors) from London's Westminster University in Business Studies; he holds
an MBA from South Bank University, London; along with Series 7 and 66 licenses from the NASD.

Reid Dabney

Reid Dabney is a seasoned financial executive with roughly 30 years of senior financial
management experience at several major, multinational corporations and investment banks. Prior to joining Foldera,
Reid held senior financial management positions with Philip Morris, Pillsbury, and Ecolab. He worked as an
investment banker at Dain Rauscher Wessels, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and is a founding member of the CFO 911
financial consulting firm. Mr. Dabney has also done extensive financial consulting for small and medium sized
companies. Reid earned a BA in Literature and Economics from Claremont McKenna College, and an MBA in Finance from
the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
