Foldera, Inc. ("Foldera") is committed to the concept of maintaining your right to privacy. This Policy applies to the products, services and websites provided by Foldera and/or affiliated companies ("Foldera"). - Personal Information - You need a Foldera account to access Foldera. Foldera asks for some personal information when you create a Foldera account, including your alternate contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. A Foldera account allows you to access many of our services that require registration. Upon account creation, you may also be asked for personal information such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. We may also collect demographic information, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. We may combine the information you submit under your account with information regarding Foldera services from third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.

Foldera only processes personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Foldera processes personal information in the United States and in other countries. Foldera collects and uses your personal information to deliver the services you have requested and for particular purposes set forth in this Policy. In addition, other purposes may include the display of customized content and advertising based on the information collected (whether based on its own behalf or on the behalf and instruction of any third party), auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve the services, ensuring the technological functioning of Foldera and/or affiliate network and research and development for future products and/or services. In order to provide services in conjunction with other Foldera products or services, personal information collected on Foldera may be accessed and used by other services as necessary to provide such services. Foldera maintains and processes your Foldera account and its contents to provide the Foldera service to you and to improve our services. Foldera reserves the right to have our computers, or computers from a trusted, third-party advertising partner, such as Google or Yahoo/Overture, process the information in your emails, instant messages, contact lists, documents, images, videos, faxes, calendar events, tasks, photographs, music, and other data related to your account for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, delivering advertisements and related links, preventing unsolicited bulk email (spam), backing up your Content, and other purposes relating to offering you Foldera. In some cases, we may process personal information on behalf of and according to the instructions of a third party, such as our advertising partners.
Foldera also uses your personal information to communicate with you. We may send certain service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, information on technical service issues and security announcements. Personal Information

When we collect age information and, of those users who identify themselves as under the age of 13, we will obtain consent from parents for the collection, use and sharing of their children's personal information on Foldera web site as described in this Privacy Policy. If we change this Foldera Privacy Policy in a way that expands the collection, use or disclosure of children's personal information, the parent will be notified and Foldera will be required to obtain the parent's additional consent. Parents can change or revoke the consent choices previously made, and review, edit or request the deletion of their children's personal information, by visiting Account Services.
Parents please note that if you grant consent for your child to use Foldera services your child will be able to communicate with, and disclose personal information to, other users of all ages. Accessing and Updating Personal Information
Foldera uses reasonable good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.
You can update your personal information through the 'Preferences' section of Foldera. Your current address, phone numbers and other relevant information will be displayed. You are allowed then to enter your password and update the records as desired.
Credit Card Purchases
